Forged front sight base for .750″ barrels.. Forged Mil-Spec front sight base for use on A1 style upper receivers but using a .750″ diameter barrel. Designed to match the height of A1 Mil-Spec height rear iron sights.. The front sight base on original M16, M16A1 and A2 are shorter than the FSB on flat top ARs. The removable handle and shorter carbine sight radius requires a taller FSB to maintain the correct point of aim – point of impact.
